By accessing Luxwrldvsn.com or placing an order with Luxwrld, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any
product-specific terms disclosed before checkout.
Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at checkout. Available payment
methods may include credit or debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, and other payment methods made available at
checkout.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully authorized and Luxwrld issues an order
confirmation.
Luxwrld reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order due to suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory
errors, or other circumstances that prevent the order from being fulfilled. If Luxwrld cancels an order after payment has
been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order information before submitting payment, including:
- Product
- Color
- Size
- Quantity
- Shipping address
- Personalization, where applicable
If you discover an error after placing an order, contact Luxwrld as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed
once an order has entered processing or production.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, materially defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact Luxwrld
promptly after delivery.
Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the merchandise and packaging
Luxwrld will review the claim and determine the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, exchange,
store credit, or refund where required by law.
Minor characteristics inherent to certain materials or manufacturing processes are not automatically considered
defects. This may include reasonable variations in leather grain, washes, dyes, knit appearance, texture, and other
naturally variable materials.
Shipping & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Luxwrld is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.
Estimated processing and shipping times may vary by product type. Ready-to-ship merchandise, Pre-Order
merchandise, and Made-to-Order merchandise may have different fulfillment timelines. Applicable estimates should be
displayed on the corresponding product page.
Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking shows delivery, customers should first verify the shipping address, delivery location, household
members, building staff, and carrier information.
Luxwrld will assist with available carrier documentation when appropriate. Responsibility for a package confirmed as
delivered may depend on the circumstances and carrier investigation.
Product Images, Color & Natural Variation
Luxwrld makes reasonable efforts to accurately display merchandise. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen
settings, lighting, photography, dye lots, or material characteristics.
Product placement, textures, washes, leather grain, knit appearance, and other naturally variable details may exhibit
minor production differences.
Intellectual Property
All Luxwrld names, logos, graphics, artwork, product designs, photography, text, and other original content appearing
on the website are owned by or licensed to Luxwrld and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially
used without authorization.
Policy Changes
Luxwrld reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The terms applicable to an order are
those in effect at the time the customer’s order is placed, except where changes are required by applicable law.
