Pre-Order Terms

Pre-Order merchandise is not regular in-stock inventory. A Pre-Order reserves the customer’s place in a planned
Luxwrld production run.

100% payment is collected at checkout.

Pre-Order sales are final and are not eligible for customer-requested cancellation, refund, standard exchange, or store
credit due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference after the order has been placed, except where
required by applicable law.

Once a Pre-Order production window closes, quantities are committed to production. Production and fulfillment
estimates will be displayed with the applicable release.

Luxwrld may operate Pre-Orders in production batches. A batch may close once the stated quantity, vendor minimum,
or announced order window is reached. Additional demand may be moved to a later production batch with a separate
estimated fulfillment window.

If Luxwrld cannot fulfill an order, or if applicable law requires the customer to be given a cancellation or refund option
because of a material shipping delay, Luxwrld will provide the required option.

Pre-Order Size & Selection Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable product description, color, size chart, and fulfillment estimate
before completing checkout. Size changes after the Pre-Order is submitted cannot be guaranteed.
