LUXWRLD PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
By placing a Pre-Order with Luxwrld, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
What Is a Pre-Order?
A Pre-Order allows customers to reserve selected Luxwrld products before they are produced and released for general sale.
Pre-Order items are not in-stock merchandise. Production quantities are determined based on confirmed customer orders received during the designated Pre-Order period.
Full Payment Required
- Full (100%) payment is required at the time of checkout.
- Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
- Pre-Orders are not deposits or partial-payment reservations.
Final Sale Policy
ALL PRE-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL.
Once a Pre-Order has been submitted and payment has been completed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or modified due to:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size
- Choosing the wrong color or style
- Deciding you no longer want the item
- Finding another product
- No longer wishing to wait for production
No refunds, cancellations, returns, exchanges, or store credits will be issued unless required by applicable law or if Luxwrld is unable to fulfill the order.
Pre-Order Window
Each Pre-Order release is available for a limited time.
Once the Pre-Order window closes:
- Production quantities are finalized.
- Orders are locked into production.
- No additional changes or cancellations can be accepted.
Because production is based on confirmed customer orders, Luxwrld cannot reopen a closed release or increase production quantities.
Size & Product Selection
Customers are responsible for reviewing:
- Size charts
- Measurements
- Colors
- Product descriptions
- Product selections
before completing checkout.
Please verify your size carefully before placing your order.
Because every production run is based on confirmed customer selections, Luxwrld cannot guarantee size changes or exchanges after an order has been submitted.
Production & Shipping Timeline
Pre-Order merchandise requires additional production time.
Estimated production and shipping timelines are displayed on each product page and should be considered estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.
Production schedules may be affected by:
- Material availability
- Manufacturing timelines
- Quality control inspections
- Freight and customs delays
- Carrier delays
- Other circumstances beyond Luxwrld’s control
If a significant delay occurs, Luxwrld will notify customers with updated fulfillment information.
Quality Standards
Every Pre-Order item is produced according to Luxwrld’s quality standards.
Production will never be rushed at the expense of craftsmanship or quality.
If additional production time is required to meet our quality expectations, customers will be notified accordingly.
Product Variations
Some Luxwrld products—including knitwear, specialty fabrics, washed garments, leather goods, and individually produced materials—may naturally vary from product photos.
Minor differences may occur in:
- Color tone
- Fabric texture
- Knit appearance
- Wash finish
- Leather grain
- Stitching details
These natural variations are part of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact Luxwrld as soon as possible after delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs showing the issue
Verified claims will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with applicable law and Luxwrld’s policies.
Natural production variations described above are not considered manufacturing defects.
Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.
If an address needs to be updated before shipment, please contact Luxwrld immediately.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Luxwrld is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Pre-Order Availability
Submitting a Pre-Order reserves your place in the applicable production run, subject to successful payment and order acceptance.
Once the Pre-Order window closes, Luxwrld is under no obligation to:
- Reopen the release
- Increase production quantities
- Accept additional Pre-Orders
If you miss the ordering window, the release may no longer be available.
Agreement to These Terms
By completing checkout for a Pre-Order item, you confirm that you:
- Understand the product is a Pre-Order item.
- Understand the item is not available for immediate shipment.
- Have reviewed the estimated production and fulfillment timeline.
- Have selected the correct size.
- Understand that full payment is collected at checkout.
- Understand that all Pre-Order purchases are Final Sale.
- Agree to these Luxwrld Pre-Order Terms & Conditions.
